  Elect our UN representatives - Roundtable majorities on everything.
  Qualified concentric voting - Vote for any public issue that affects you, like your local traffic signs or nuclear power, (provided you can pass a bi-partisan test showing that you know the main technical issues)
  Campaigning - Equal push - Unlimited access (web, mail, etc.), but second for second, word for word limits on all broadcasting media.
  1st choice, 2nd choice - aggregate popular vote.
It should all be done with equal opportunity voluntary attention. A central non-discriminating/prejudiced website and voice-menu would provide links to all petitions or candidates (more sites, mailing lists, etc). Any 'push' advertising that wasn't requested (email, tv interviews, junk mail, etc) would have to include unbiased material from all the competitive views. The exception would be anything a citizen personally wants to display like buttons or a poster in their yard which demonstrate public support. Such a system would also cost much less.
  Decentralization
    State and community rights foremost (10th amendment) - If Jerome, AZ chooses freedom to grow things, that's their choice, not that of those in Texas.
  Public record - Easy net access to all proceedings
  Democratize media - "Our words on TV"
    Transparent gov't and corporations - "It's our turn to know what all they are planning for us"

  Democratize WHO and conventions
  Borderless corporate states (virtual country membership - including socialist work/rent collectives)
  Hard-audit voting - No chance of 'opinion virus' tampering.

    No exploitation. Every time one buys twinkle cereal, they gain stockholder share of twinkle. Geography residents gain shares as their nearest resources are utilized. River, oil, and forestry companies will belong in increasing proportion to the residents of utilized resources. 
  Rebuild America - Tax form distribution for gov't budgets and Non-profit Agencies - starting with 'Public funding tax diversions'

Education
  Open enrollment equitable voucher (else school not eligible)
  Charter public facilities (integrate choice education with existing facility leasing)
  Parental choice of curriculum/grad standards - cycle parents as school aides.
  COMPLETE PLAN & ANALYSIS

We need a complete voucher system. Any school which accepts vouchers has to admit anyone by lottery. Sections of existing school facilities can be leased to voucher schools to cut costs and so that children in different programs can still hang out together. The parents should be allowed to choose schools which use any criteria, rather than strict national or state academic agendas and testing.
I'd like to see a lot more attention given to things like group crafts, sculpting, music, dance, gardening, and other hands on ways of collaborating. Creative thinking rather than procedural thinking should be given some attention. Instead of training our youth to be mindless technicians, we should give them the tools to conceive of a new world.

Health
  Tobacco financed addiction recovery & tech and Subsidized production halt

Peace and International Affairs
  No weapons in space
  Global mutual-ownership of extra-planetary resources
  Equitable peace-keeping standards - Global disarmament surveillance collective & shared technology

  No privatization of global resources without total consumer or affected citizen stockholding (else ban residency of participants)
  Agricultural and renewable resource renovation exchanges (ie desalination plants)
  Ban on nuclear (inc. DU) and biological weapons
  International Parks inc. wildlife refuges and pilgrimage centers. - Residents of Yellowstone, Kenya, or Jerusalem are co-citizens of various world nations and UN.

    No orbiting hazards (like Prometheus)
